Product characteristics

1、Use double and single mechanical seal as dynamic seal. Use fluoroelastomer "O" ring as static seal for more reliable seal.
2、Level F insulation motor and tapered bearing design are adopted to increase the reliability of water pump operation and improve the service life.
3、When≥5.5kW, the pump adopts floating oil sac structure. The electric pump temperature rises and the oil sac water lowering to prevent the temperature from bursting. Adjust the internal and external pressure to ensure the safety and reliability of the pump operation.
4、Oil-filled motor, fast heat dissipation, low temperature, long service life.

Main Purpose

Suitable for chemical electroplating, farmland irrigation, aquaculture, fountains, saline water, construction buildings, hospitals, residential areas, municipal engineering, mining, road traffic and construction, especially suitable for landscape fountains field.

Operating Conditions

1、Based on the impeller, the underwater depth shall not exceed 5m;
2、Temperature of delivery medium shall not exceed + 40℃;
3、PH of delivery medium is 304 (4-10), 316 (2-13);
4、Kinematic viscosity of the delivery medium shall not exceed 7x10-7 -23×10- 6m /s2;
5、Density of the delivery medium shall not exceed 1.05,103 kg/m3;
6、Service voltage: 220 V/ 380V, frequency 50Hz, voltage fluctuation does not exceed ±10% of the rated value;
