Product characteristics

The QY series oil-filled submersible electric pump (hereinafter referred to as the electric pump) consists of three parts: water pump, sealing and electric motor. The water pump is in the upper part of the electric pump and is of axial flow, centrifugal or mixed flow structure. The motor is in the lower part of the pump as an oil-filled three-phase asynchronous motor, with a dual mechanical seal between the pump and the motor. The fasten sealing is at the static seal with an “O” shape seal ring. The bottom of the electric pump is designed with a conical bearing, and the exterior coating layer adopts the paint process, and all the fasteners in contact with the water are made of stainless steel.

Main Purpose

This series of electric pump has a wide range of applications, which is widely used in the vast rural, industrial and mining enterprises. It is suitable for agricultural drainage and irrigation, garden sprinkler irrigation, underground water lifting, water delivery of water tower, urban construction water and other occasions.

Operating Conditions

1、The medium temperature shall not exceed + 40℃;
2、The PH of the medium is between 6.5 and 8.5;
3、The volume ratio of solid impurities in the medium does not exceed 0.1%, and the particle size shall not exceed 0.2mm;
4、The diving depth shall not exceed 5m
5、he rated frequency of the AC power supply is 50Hz, the rated voltage is single-phase 220 and three-phase 380V, and the voltage fluctuation range is ± 10% of the rated value;
6、≥15kW with thermal protector.
