Product characteristics

1、The pump has compact structure, small volume and good looking appearance, its vertical structure installation area is small, its center of gravity coincides with the center of the pump foot, thus enhancing the operation stability and service life of the pump.
2、Access and exit caliber is the same and on the same centerline for convenient installation without changing the pipeline. It can be directly installed in any part of the pipeline like a valve. The motor and rain cover can also be placed for outdoor use.
3，The pump is coaxial with the motor, which simplifies the intermediate structure and increases the stability of operation. The impeller has a good static and static balance, which has small vibration and low noise, extending the service life of the bearing and improving the service environment.
4、The motor adopts high-efficiency cooling casting aluminum casing, import bearing, stainless steel 316 welding rotor shaft, fluorine rubber ring. It can be equipped with explosion-proof motor and mechanical seal with PTFE.
5、Convenient maintenance, there is no need to remove the pipeline as long as remove the connection frame, the motor and transmission components, it can be carried out for maintenance.

Main Purpose

SGR(W)-S Series vertical horizontal pipe centrifugal pump can convey water, physical and chemical properties similar to water, which is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high buildings water supply, garden sprinkler, fire charging, long distance transport, HVAC cycle and equipment, energy, gold, chemical, textile, paper and hotel, hotel boiler hot water booster transmission and urban heating system circulation pump, operating medium temperature is T≤103℃.

Operating Conditions

1、Suitable medium: the volume content of solid insoluble material shall not exceed 0.1% per unit volume, and the particle size is not greater than 0.2mm.(Medium with small particles must use a wear-resistant mechanical seal, please indicate at the order.)
2、The ambient temperature does not exceed 40℃, the relative humidity does not exceed 95%, and the altitude does not exceed 1000m;
3、Service voltage: 380V, frequency 50Hz, voltage fluctuation does not exceed ±10% of the rated value;
