Product characteristics

1、Using the two-flow channel structural impeller, the solid suspended material has better passing capacity and better sewage discharge effect.
2、Improve the return hole area of the pump body to reduce the self-sunction time at the same installation height.
3、The reverse check valve structure is designed at the inlet joint. There is no need to install the bottom valve under the pump during operating to simplify the installation process and facilitate the maintenance and replacement of the pump.
4、Customized mechanical seal with PTFE and explosion-proof motor according to different needs.

Main Purpose

It can be used to transport sewage, feces or liquid containing solid suspended substances such as fiber, paper scraps, fruit and fish, and is suitable for pharmaceutical, mining, fiber, slurry, textile, power plant and municipal sewage discharge engineering, public facilities sewage discharge, river and pond aquaculture and other industries.

Operating Conditions

1、Applicable medium: medium density is≤1.2 x103 kg/m3. (Medium with small particles shall be sealed under a wear-resistant mechanical seal, please indicate at the order.)
2、The ambient temperature does not exceed 40℃, the relative humidity does not exceed 95%, and the altitude does not exceed 1000m;
3、Service voltage: 380V, frequency 50Hz, voltage fluctuation does not exceed ±10% of the rated value;
