Product characteristics

1、Use double and single mechanical seal, two fluoroelastomer mechanical seals can effectively improve the waterproof and corrosion resistance of the electric pump.
2、Semi-open spiral centrifugal impeller, with blockage resistance, good passing ability,  which is easy to clean up.
3、Level F insulation grade, ≤4kW equipped with thermal protection device to effectively extend the service life of the electric pump.
4、The hot water motor can be customized to compliant the medium temperature of 103℃operating environment.
5、Special cutting devices can be configured to transport medium conditions containing long fiber, plastic, straw, rope and other debris.
6、A mixing device can be configured for drainage of the sediment.

Main Purpose

1、Electroplating, chemical industry and other sewage, waste water containing corrosive media;
2、Wastewater reuse condition to prevent secondary pollution of overcurrent medium;
3、Sewage containing solid particles, long fiber and other debris;
4、Water supply and drainage of the breeding industry.

Operating Conditions

1、Based on the impeller, the underwater depth shall not exceed 5m;
2、Temperature of delivery medium shall not exceed + 40℃;
3、PH of delivery medium is 304 (4-10), 316 (2-13);
4、Kinematic viscosity of the delivery medium shall not exceed 7x10⁷-23×10⁶m²/s ;
5、Service voltage: 220 V/ 380V, frequency 50Hz, voltage fluctuation does not exceed ±10% of the rated value;
