Product characteristics

1、The oil chamber is double mechanically sealed with fluoroelastomer, and the outer chamber adopts a fluoroelastomer single mechanical sealing structure, which effectively reduces the water intake problem of the rotating shaft wear caused by the friction between the sediment and the shaft.
2、The motor adopts vacuum immersion paint to achieve the F class insulation,≤4kW equipped with thermal protector to effectively improve the service life of the pump.
3、Customized mechanical seal with PTFE and high temperature resistant motor (can be used when liquid temperature is≤100℃).
4、Customizable full protection device, which can fully protect the electric pump.

Main Purpose

Suitable for construction buildings, hospitals, residential areas, municipal engineering, road traffic and construction, chemical electroplating, factory sewage discharge, aquaculture, pharmaceutical industry, beverage, saline water, solid particles, long fiber wastewater and sewage in general corrosive medium.

Operating Conditions

1、Based on the impeller, the underwater depth shall not exceed 5m;
2、Temperature of delivery medium shall not exceed + 40℃;
3、PH of delivery medium is 304 (4-10), 316 (2-13);
4、Kinematic viscosity of the delivery medium shall not exceed 7x10⁷-23×10⁶m²/s ;
5、Density of the delivery medium shall not exceed 1.2×10³kg/m³;
6、Service voltage: 220 V/ 380V, frequency 50Hz, voltage fluctuation does not exceed ±10% of the rated value;
