Features

1、The static seal adopts "O"-shaped rubber ring to seal, and the dynamic seal adopts skeleton oil seal and mechanical seal.
2、The motor adopts vacuum dipping paint to achieve insulation class F, with built-in thermal protection device, which greatly extends the service life of the pump.
3、High temperature resistant motors can be customized according to the special requirements of customers. (Applicable to using conditions of liquid temperature ≤103℃).

Main applications

It is suitable for general corrosive media such as industrial and mining enterprises, food industry, marine aquaculture, landscape engineering, deep well water extraction, chemical electroplating, farmland irrigation, etc.

Working conditions

1、Based on the center of the impeller, the submersible depth is ≤5m;
2、The temperature of the conveying medium is not higher than +40℃;
3、The PH value of the conveying medium is 304 (4-10), 316 (2-13);
4、The kinematic viscosity of the conveying medium ≤7x10-7 -23×10-6 m2/s;
5、The density of the conveying medium ≤1.05×103kg/m3;
6、The operating voltage is 220V/380V, the frequency is 50Hz, and the voltage fluctuation does not exceed ±10% of the rated value.
