Product characteristics

1、ZW-S self-suction sewage drain pump is formed by stainless steel precision casting process to ensure the surface roughness of the parts to a large extent, which reduces the hydraulic loss in the flow channel and improves the efficiency of the electric pump.
2、Using the two-flow channel structural impeller, the solid suspended material has better passing capacity and better sewage discharge effect.
3、Improve the return hole area of the pump body to reduce the self-sunction time at the same installation height.
4、40,50,65 opoptional threaded inlet and outlet.
5、The reverse check valve structure is designed at the inlet joint. There is no need to install the bottom valve under the pump during operating to simplify the installation process and facilitate the maintenance and replacement of the pump.
6、Using mechanical seal with PTFE, can be equipped with explosion-proof motor according to different needs.

Main Purpose

It can be used to transport sewage, feces or liquid containing solid suspended substances such as fiber, paper scraps, fruit, fish, suitable for chemical industry, petroleum, pharmaceutical, mining, paper making, fiber, slurry, textile, food, power plant and municipal sewage engineering, public facilities sewage discharge, river and pond aquaculture and other industries.

Operating Conditions

1、The ambient temperature does not exceed 40℃, the relative humidity does not exceed 95%, and the altitude does not exceed 1,000 m;
2、PH of delivery medium is 304 (4-10), 316 (2-13);
3、Density of the delivery medium shall not exceed 1.2×10³kg/m³;
4、Service voltage: 380V, frequency 50Hz, voltage fluctuation does not exceed ±10% of the rated value;
