Product characteristics

Main Purpose

The series of pumps can deliver a temperature of not more than 103℃, liquids containing small soft particles or fiber which has corrosive or sanitary requirements, It is widely used in food, beverage, medicine, sewage treatment, chemical, electroplating, dyeing, fine chemical and other industries.

Operating Conditions

1、Suitable medium: the volume content of solid insoluble material shall not exceed 0.1% per unit volume, and the particle size is not greater than 0.2mm.(Medium with small particles must use a wear-resistant mechanical seal, please indicate at the order.)
2、The ambient temperature does not exceed 40℃, the relative humidity does not exceed 95%, and the altitude does not exceed 1,000 m;
3、Kinematic viscosity of the delivery medium shall not exceed 7x10⁷-23×10⁶m²/s ;
4、Density of the delivery medium shall not exceed 1.05×10³kg/m³;
5、Service voltage: 220 V/ 380V, frequency 50Hz, voltage fluctuation does not exceed ±10% of the rated value;
