WB(S)-T and WBZ(S)-T series electric pumps are the second-generation of stainless steel centrifugal and self-suction micro-electric pumps developed by our company. The impeller adopts semi-open structure for convenient cleaning, and all the overcurrent components adopt cast stainless steel which is corrosion resistant and of high strength. They are widely used in chemical industry, electroplating, food, medicine, printing and dyeing and other industries.
Product characteristics
1、Use fluoroelastomer mechanical seal, fluoroelastomer "O" sealing ring and fluoroelastomer reverse stop valve.
2、Use stainless steel 316 welded shaft structure.
3、The motor has a B Class insulation grade.4、Use an anti-dump and high-strength chassis.
Main Purpose
1、Widely used in electroplating, chemical industry, printing and dyeing, medicine and other industries whose wastewater containing corrosive media;
2、Applied to the wastewater reuse conditions to prevent the secondary pollution of the overcurrent medium;
3、Industrial process medium containing solid particulate matter.
Operating Conditions
1、Medium temperature is between -15℃ ~103℃;
2、PH of delivery medium is 304 (4-10), 316 (2-13);
3、Medium density shall not exceed 1.05×10³kg/m³;
4、Service voltage: 220 V/ 380V, frequency 50Hz, voltage fluctuation does not exceed ±10% of the rated value;
5、The ambient temperature does not exceed 40℃, the relative humidity does not exceed 95%, and the altitude does not exceed 1,000 m;
6、Suitable medium: the volume content of solid insoluble material shall not exceed 0.1% per unit volume, and the particle size is not greater than 0.2mm.(Medium with small particles must use a wear-resistant mechanical seal, please indicate at the order.)
